Trust is the entire product

You're not just booking a service — you're letting someone into your home to look after a parent, a spouse, or yourself at a vulnerable moment. Every part of how we work is built around that.

Why Isayu exists

Most families looking for a nurse or caretaker do it once — usually in a hurry, after a hospital discharge or a difficult diagnosis. There's rarely time to individually vet someone, and word-of-mouth referrals aren't always available or reliable.

Isayu exists to remove that uncertainty: a single point of contact, a caregiver who has actually been checked, and a coordinator who stays reachable for as long as the care continues.

Who we work with

Families arranging care for elderly parents from another city, patients recovering after surgery, people managing a long-term condition like diabetes or Parkinson's, and new parents who need extra hands at home in the first weeks.

How a caregiver gets onboarded

No one is placed with a family until they've been through all four stages.

Application & ID verification

Government ID, address proof and past employment references are checked before anything else.

Background check

Police verification and reference calls with previous employers or training institutes.

Skills assessment

A hands-on evaluation against the qualification claimed — nursing degree, GNM/ANM certificate, or caregiving training.

Orientation & ongoing supervision

Briefing on Isayu's protocols, followed by periodic check-ins from a coordinator through every placement.

What we commit to every family

Verified identity, every time

The caregiver who arrives is the one whose profile and ID you were shown in advance.

A written care plan

Scope, timing and cost are agreed before the first visit — changes go through the coordinator, not verbally on the day.

A coordinator, not a call centre

One point of contact who knows the case, reachable if the plan needs to change.

Replacement if it's not a fit

If a caregiver isn't the right match for the patient, we replace them rather than asking you to make it work.

A running care log

Vitals, medication and daily notes shared with the family, so distance doesn't mean being out of the loop.

Emergency escalation

A clear protocol for what happens if the patient's condition changes suddenly, agreed with the family up front.
