In Mumbai, we can typically place a caretaker within 24 hours and a nurse within 24–48 hours, depending on the specific skill required. Emergency same-day placement is possible in most areas — call the helpline to check.
Yes. Nurses hold a recognised GNM/ANM or B.Sc Nursing qualification and are registered with the relevant state nursing council. Caretakers and attendants complete Isayu's own training before their first placement.
Cost depends on the type of care, hours per day, and whether it's a daily visit or a live-in arrangement. You'll receive a written estimate before anything is booked.
Tell your coordinator and a replacement will be arranged. Placement isn't final just because someone has started — the goal is a good fit for the patient.
