How soon can a caregiver start? +

For most cities we can place a caretaker within 24 hours and a nurse within 24–48 hours, depending on the specific skill required. Emergency same-day placement is possible in select cities — call the helpline to check.

Are the nurses certified? +

Yes. Nurses hold a recognised GNM/ANM or B.Sc Nursing qualification and are registered with the relevant state nursing council. Caretakers and attendants complete Isayu's own training before their first placement.

How is pricing worked out? +

Cost depends on the type of care, hours per day, and whether it's a daily visit or a live-in arrangement. You'll receive a written estimate before anything is booked — replace this answer with your actual pricing model.

What if the caregiver and patient aren't a good fit? +

Tell your coordinator and a replacement will be arranged. Placement isn't final just because someone has started — the goal is a good fit for the patient.

Do you support patients outside the listed cities? +
